Each packet contains 40 grams of carbohydrates from fructose and maltodextrin and built with hydrogel technology. Hydrogel is created when the drink mixes with the stomach’s natural acidity, enabling the smooth transport to the intestine where water, salt and carbohydrates are all absorbed.
