The Kilchoman Feis Ile 2021, a very special Islay release, distilled from Optic and Publican varieties, grown, harvested and malted at Kilchoman distillery! This ‘Single Farm Single Malt’ expression was crafted from Kilchoman Islay spirit matured in a combination of two Oloroso sherry casks and six fresh bourbon barrels. Matured in the dunnage warehouses at Kilchoman distillery, then combined and filled to bottle at cask strength, 56.3% vol.
